Preparing for next event..sons first smoking job

These are some pics that I took of a cook we had last night. My son had never had any interest in smoking till now. He did a great job and got to spend alot of time with his dad learning how to do what I do. Was a great night of talking and putting away a couple of beers. Finished product is yet to be done...had to wrap and finish in oven at about 3 am because it got so cold was hard to hold temp after 8 hrs in smoker. Will post finish pic later. The neighbors have got to love us. lol

Great job to you and the team. Sure glad the young'un took after his Mama in the looks department. Might want to hit that bald head with a bit of talcum powder. Knock off a little of the glare etc.

Nice job. My son is 23 and still lives at home with us. He loves eating BBQ and just recently started showing some interest in helping out. Might have some father son posts in the near future. Thanks for nudge.

I like the way the smoke is shinin' in the first pic. Looks good enough to eat for me.
