Yes it was tasty ! probably better if it was the tender loin. haha......That secret thing there is the apple peels (from the apples for the glaze) dropped in a flour/powder sugar mix and fried & add more powder sugar....Whoa! Be careful! So good it'll make you wanna pull your pants down! hahahaaa

Im glad you mentioned those. My wife makes those and they are killer everytime...Im not sure if the bacon was in there before i snapped the shot but theres bacon and onions in there too.
