Pork Shoulder Up!

This thing was a monster! I put it on last night at 9:30. I thought it was gonna take till about noon today but it came off at about 8:30 this morning at 200*. Its in a glass pan right now covered with foil. I didnt have enough to wrap it. Ill post more pics after I pull it.

I put it on and went to bed! WSM did it again!

Yep, the WSM is great for overnight cooks. Set it, go to bed, and get some uninterupted sleep.

Thanks everybody! here it is pulled. It tastes great. I had a little with my frosted flakes!

I threw out the piece right in the middle cause it was hard as a rock.
