My last ABTs and Armadillo eggs were stuffed with cream cheese, minced jarred pimentos and peach jam. Came out good. Actually I had some of this stuffing left over and smeared it on pieces of grill roasted peppers with a chunk of cherry pepper on top. Consumed these in a hot tub with adult beverage and my Lady last night.
