Been up since 5am prepping 4 racks, two each of beef and baby backs. I think I will be pleasantly surprised with the results today.

Baby Backs:
Wolfe Rub
Finney Rub #2

Beef:
Santa Maria style seasoning
Wolfe Rub Bold

At the 2 hour mark...Smells great.

Dang fine eats there if I must say so myself , was going to do some for myself but alas the gout is still here so cant even get out the house to get to the smoker . Keep up the pics at least I can look at good eats!!!

I think Finney #2 on pork ribs is great. My friend stopped by for a day to visit and I made the ribs to get her opinion. She loved the WR bold and F2. DEF Wolfe Rub Bold on beef ribs.

For dinner I made some chicken breasts with lemon pepper and WR. My friend commented on the WR right off the bat. Said that the cinnamon gives it a little something extra. I can say I do not like Finney #2 on chicken at all. The last flavor I taste in the "series" is not a good one. Everything before that taste is great though.

As it stands with me...
Hands down - Wolfe Rub Original on chicken
Finney #2 on pork ribs
Wolfe Rub Bold on beef ribs
Santa Maria Style seasoning on beef ribs when I need my salt intake
Renowned Mr. Brown on pork shoulders

I don't have finished pics...but will get some up tomorrow. Gotta soccer game today.

Thanks for the comments. I'll take the bad with the good. [smilie=a_damnit.gif] Everybody likes different flavors/tastes. Can't expect everyone to think it's one of the best rubs they ever used (like Nick did). [smilie=a_chuckle.gif]
Good to see that you gave it the thumbs up on pork ribs. [smilie=a_goodjob.gif]

No finished pictures...really. This one is from the fridge.

I forgot to mention... the left over chicken from my original test of Finney #2...if you mix that with chicken from WR original....ONLY IN A BURRITO...is really damn good. Very good flavor!
