Pork and Beef ribs

I dug way down in the bottom of the freezer and found a two pack of beef ribs that needed to be smoked. They were meaty looking in the raw but they sure did shrink while smoking.

I threw in a rack of bb's for some backup. Beef ribs aren't called steak on a stick for no reason.
