Put 2 baby backs on my ( Made out of wood ) smoker 4 1/2 hours later and a little homemade sauce. They were fit to eat.

The food looks great! I'm really interested in seeing more pics of that smoker! Can you get a few interior shots? I'm guessing your using a hotplate with chips? How much grate room do you have?
 
I use charcoal with a water pan. don't have a heat problem can hold anywhere from 225 to 275. will send more pics later.
