When I got the pork bellies from my neighbor she also brought over just about the rest of the pigggy too. She gave the ribs to another worker and I cooked the butt right off and didn't bother to take pics. Today I thawed out the picnic. I had to lop off a bit of the leg to get it to fit in the WSM but no biggie. I put it on the lower rack early this morning.
My wifey found some beef ribs on sale and picked up a package. They went on at about noon and were sauced at about 3:30.

Ribs off and gone now. I had a few as did the wife and the rest went across the street to my neighbor. Picnic still has a ways to go.
