Good lookin eats dog......can imagine what ur kids are sayin "Aw man, BBQ again?" or "my cholesterol is 230, what's yours?" [smilie=a_happygolucky.gif]

I'll be taking some of the ribs into work and some of the corn will go into the salsa...the salsa will be canned later.....I am now handing the cook over to the mrs...time for this dog to get some sleep.....I wonder how big the kids smoke ring is ;)

Finally am posting at the new site…. Here are the rest of the pics from today’s projects:

Here is the salsa mix cooked down and ready to can:

Here are the two salsas side by side; on the left is dave’s hot version, and on the right is my milder version. Don’t know how well it shows in the pic, but dave’s has more seeds (from the japs) and is actually slightly darker in color.

And here is what is left of the ribs after the boys and I tore into them (sorry, I didn’t get the plated pic. I am still concerned about the spreading food porn addiction at the witt household  …… )

Looks great. Can't help but wonder how it might taste if you pureed some and added it to your BBQ sauce. I bet it would be very good. Heat and sweet!
