Mine is a 55 gal drum. I use it for lots of cooks but cleaning it out is hard on a fat boy so I use my WSM for everything I can.

Look near the bottom of the barrel. No, he never zooms in on it, and he never mentions it.

You probably missed it because you didn't want to miss any of the techniques and details he was going over talking about using the lighter fluid.
I ignored him with the lighter fluid because I know to avoid the stuff and I don't care about his "lighter fluid techniques".

Why thank you Bob. I did watch the video and didn't catch what appears to be some kind of whatchamacallit near the bottom. I scoured the whole website looking for some sort of explantion on "how" it cooks. Nuttin'...
I ain't skeered of no lighter fluid. ;)
