Realized that its been a long long time since I posted a cook on this site. My latest project was pastrami to take to my folks place in AZ for Xmas.

Thanks Nick. Tried to make this one something some one could follow and it would all make sense if they were doing it for the first time. The recipe in part is based on Big Wheels recipe, along with PapaTom's and just some tinkering. Just like any other Q recipe. Its a good starter for some one who wants to get an edge up on the power curve.
 
Lokks great Dats, I'm gonna have to try that one of these days, boys at the Elks Lodge always love it when I try something different as they are my testers.
