Pair 'O Butts...

Are on the WSM as we type. It is supposed to be failry nice tonight and tomorrow... 50* tomorrow but the wind is a little gusty at times...got the ole crappy wind break out to keep it calm by the cooker. Both butts are rubbed with Texas BBQ Rub and applewood chunks are being used for smoke.

Taking pics as things progress...I will try a Snap Genie when things finish at some point tomorrow!

OK...butts hit 195* and are now foiled and in the cooler...will take some pics of the pulled later and then post all that I have...the cook went very smoothly, only had to make 3 vent adjustments the entire 17hr cook!
