Our take on smoked chicken lagansa

After seeing that thread about smoked chicken lag asana …it got me thinking…Here is our take on smoked chicken lag asana…..
First we roasted some artichoke hears and red peppers…the artichoke hearts were already seasoned so I just hit the red peppers with some oil and S&P…

Into the oven for about 30 minutes…
Then we chopped up the smoked chicken from the other day…

The ricotta cheese was heavily seasoned ….

Then the chicken went down

Then the red peppers

The the artichoke hearts

A little sauce some moz cheese and another layer of noodles and repeat…


Finished pics later…it smelled awesome and the individual ing tasted awesome as well…

Right before we put it in…will add a little more sauce and a bunch of cheese….
