On Top Of Spaghetti All Covered With Cheese

I made up some meatballs the other day for Italian night at the homestead. I have read many post about them but never gave them a try. What was I thinking? These are a tasty treat. The smoked meatballs really change the meal and give it an excellent unique flavor. If you haven't already tried it give it a go.

Mixing it up:

Happily cooking along:

Cooling off:

Dinner is served:

Thanks for looking.

Smoked meat balls are great! pic of the last batch I made.

They freeze well also. What wood did you use? I do the cherry apple thing. I think hickory is too strong. Unless ya like to burp smoke.

Those look really good. I used RO lump with hickory but only a small chunk as not to over smoke as you said. I will have to give the apple/cherry combo a try.
