Nice job Dats! Thanks for sharing. Kind of reminds me of the brontosaurus ribs that tipped over the Flintstone car at the Drive In.

So how did they taste? What was the texture like?

Way to go Dats -- buffler ribs. I am most anxious to see the finished results and your comments on the flavor. I'm a big fan of bison's flavor.

Got them on sale for $2.99 a pound. Which is cheap. The fine food estabishments that have these on the menus state a full rack is 8 bones. Both racks only had seven bones. So I'm thinking someone screwed up and they sold them cheap. So in the end, I'm happy.

The Mrs said that they are better than beef ribs.
