Not Chicken and Waffles

Can't say I have ever had chicken and waffles, but the idea sounds good, I love waffles, but had no chicken, I did have two butts I smoked the other day so why not give this idea a shot. My own (Alton Brown's) Basic Waffle, pulled pork with 50/50 SBR's and Reverend Marvin's, cole slaw and yes a little maple syrup on top. How was it? .... I can say I'll do it again!

If you like it, who cares what others think. Your opinion is the one that really matters.
