New Years Resolution...Eat Healthier...

Glad it ain't New Year yet
Making up some Beef ribs. The one on the left is a Chuck Short rib and it has the last of the Finney 1 on it. The right is a Beef Back rib and it has the last of the Finney 2 on it.

And made up some Capt ABT's for a snack.

Barbecue is diet food if you lay off the sugar! Here's a book I picked up a few years ago. I'll probably try working a few recipes into my diet which starts tomorrow!

The kids keep stealing the batteries out of the camera and I am too lazy to change the date. It was a cook from yesterday!

Just off the shelf at our local Publix grocer. If you have a problem let me know and I will see if I can hook you up. It is good (for Budweiser!)
