New Year's Eve Cook

I got my pit fired up, 12 lb brisket and 8 lb pork butt.
I built me a burner to light my chimney starter, that's about all its good for.

Re: New Year's Eve Cook

It all looks great DarylCincy. I really like the looks of your pit. No snow in the Queen City? Just a couple hours north we have 3 or 4 inches. Enjoy your New Year's cook.

Re: New Year's Eve Cook

Thank You BluzQue,
My pit is a one of kind custom made to my specifications, and it makes cookin' easy and very enjoyable, I'm Proud of my Gator Pit.
Also I built the canopy shelter out of 1 5/8 16 ga fence tubes and ordered the tube fittings (its alot stronger than the buy in a box kind) and valance tarp, got sides and end tarps too but I'm not sure if I will use them?
