New Bar-B-Chef Smoker

I bought a Bar-B-Chef smoker about a month ago and have been busy trying to learn to use it. I have been busy with the digital camera also so here are my photo albums of the last month dealing with barbecuing if you wish to see.

In each album if you click the thumbnail picture it will enlarge.

Some of these are posted in other areas of the forum.

Thanks.

Having never used an offset, I have to say all is well. Looking forward to more pics.

cleglue Were did you come up with the information on how to make your own charcoal? How do you cut your logs down to size?

Everything looks like to you have become one with your new smoker i'm looking forword to see your next cook.

Actually on another forum there is a guy that posted this site. Which is what he used and so did I. He gives step by step instructions.

http://www.nakedwhiz.com/makinglump.htm

Here is another site but I think the first one nakedwhiz is more on target after making two batches.

http://www.velvitoil.com/Charmake.htm

If you want the other forums links I'll post them or PM them to you.
