Picked up almost 20.6 pounds at sams the other day . Cut it in half , rubbed with S&P and let it go. Put it on Friday 2:00 PM and took it off Saturday about 11:00. My brother came over to help pull it (and eat it). about half way through the pull we both realized there were no pics of the finished pieces so we got a couple of pics of the pulled stuff. almost 21 pounds yielded just under 12 cooked. Made a great dinner and had plenty vac sealed and in the freezer after.
