So today I was pleasantly suprised when I got Home. I came home to a new baby (see attached potos)

It is fun when they are all clean and new, you job now is to smoke it up! I'm sure you will enjoy your WSM, it is a great smoker. Be sure to post some pictures of your first cook.
 
Congrats my brotha! I'm heading over on Saturday so I'll make sure he breaks her in right and takes a bunch of pics. I'll bring beer Timmy.
 
I'm all giddy right now. Toby and I will break her in rght with a whole brisket and some other types of carnage. I have some king salmon, chilean seabass and some pacific oystes as well. We will have a couple of smokers going this weekend. and some tequila & beer.
