My first cook on my new WSM Baby Backs

Well i finally got my first cook in new wsm yesterday, I figured I would go with something straight forward for my 1st cook so I picked up 2 slabs of BB's

All rubbed down



Used Royal Oak Lump and Apple wood chunks


1hr 15 mark


Almost there did break test soon mmmmm


ALL DONE! they came out really good was very happy with my first WSM cook I LOVE MY WSM!
