Well i finally got my first cook in new wsm yesterday, I figured I would go with something straight forward for my 1st cook so I picked up 2 slabs of BB's

All rubbed down

Used Royal Oak Lump and Apple wood chunks

ALL DONE! they came out really good was very happy with my first WSM cook I LOVE MY WSM!
