I did a few Oompappy salamis, a few fatties and some ribs. The ribs will now go into the oven at the firehouse with some sauce for some good eats at 1/2 time. I shrunk wrapped the fatties to heat them in hot water and those along with the salamis will be served during the game along with some wings that I'm hopeing somebody else is doing at the firehouse!
I ran into a little problem on Friday while doing the salami and fatties, It rained like the dickens around here. I had a helluva time lighting a chimney!
Fatties

Fire in the hole?

Last but not least

I did 12 racks of babybacks in all. 6 on each cook.
