my sister who lives in China is home for a couple of weeks, and
while here, she loves to chow down on southern food.
She's coming over tonight with my other sister and has
requested ribs and brats.

So the ribs are on the little bullet, red taters and onions
soaking in some evoo with rosemary, butterbeans simmering
on the stove.

Pretty fun day for a Monday...

 
a dramatic and startling event has happened....yesterday I prepped
some red taters and onions, put em in some evoo with rosemary,
and today when I took em out of the fridge, some of the taters
had developed dark spots.

dark, unappetizing spots.

cooking em anyway, but kinda disappointed.
 
She moved to China, and you wont leave Horry County? :LOL:
Nice lookin meal. They sell a good sauce there at the Pig ;)
