mondays are my sundays so I thought I'd throw a butt on. I'm cooking for my granny's 90th birthday in a couple weeks and could use the practice (see my last butt thread). just a 4 1/2 pound, sprayed with apple juice and a dry rub I made. went a little over board with the rub but it'll be alright. been on since 9:30 am using lump, apple wood and a bit of cherry as well.
it hit the plateau about a half hour ago. updates when it's done.
