Did you buy the WSM from Amazon? If so, it's on Friday sale for $199.99 I don't know what you paid, but if it was more than that, you may be able to get Amazon to refund the difference: "If Amazon.com's price for an already-released item decreases within 30 days after we ship the item to you, we'll be glad to refund the difference in price if you contact us within that 30-day period."

It's worth a call to see if you can get some cash back.

Heck no...I am wayyy too cheap to spend that kind of scratch. I got it on the lightning deal off Amazon for $183 with free shipping..There is no way I was going to pass up on that. Cripes for that kind of money I can put it in the attic, like Greg does!

Why you wanna talk bad about my monkey? He would be a better president then Bush. At least he can operate off peanuts.

Now that you mention it, there are some similarities. Never quite put the two together.

Poor bald headed monkey.

Nope.... too busy playing around. Went to Lowes and got some sand...imagine that here in Florida, Land-o-sand, and decided that if I was going to be lazy then I need to be real lazy. I put some locking casters on the legs so I can roll it around on the porch for cooking and storage. Got my 15 year old off his duff ond out to help.

Nice job. Glad to see locking casters, GH.

About a week ago I told my wife I was thinking of doing something similar and she imagined the WSM careening out of control down our sloping driveway, across the cul-de-sac, and into the neighbor's car.

You wont regret it buying it. The WSM is a fine piece of engineering.
