Thanks folks. Lots of mistakes in there. You should see what was edited. :) Fun to do while I enjoyed my day. I thought I'd share. FWIW, my wife doesn't like the dancing either. ;)

Nice videos. I wish you would stop saying "wish you were here to smell these chickens" because I really wish I was there to smell those chickens

That Goya Mojo tends to give the bird a bit of a sweet tang which I don't like. I take some good old Eyetalian dressing any old day. Preferably..Kraft 7 Seas Viva Eyetalian. Will put mucho dinero in a person's bolsa when applied correctly to deceased barnyard avians. Course the person doing the application got to know *hit from Shineola too. I got hold of some La Lechie brand Mojo once upon a time. Chum sent it from Jouston. Totally different animul than the Goya brand. Used it on on some grilled shrimps and found it excellent. More of a vinegar and oil marinate deal where Goya is actually a brine. Least judging from reading the ingredient list. The La Leche look like milk when you shake it up. Guess thats how it got its name.
