Moink Balls an Drummies

Well here be most a tadays smoke, did some discount drummies fer lunch's an whooped up a batch a Moink balls with a new apple rub.

Both came out real well. Butt still smokin.

Easy moink balls er a pre-cooked meat ball wrapped in a 1/2 piece a bacon, sprinkled with my rub an smoked till the bacon be done, then a dash a Q sauce.

Some folk make up there own meatballs an put a chunk a cheese inside em. Ya can also make yer meatballs half beef an half sausage. Sky's the limit on these!

There good eatin to!

The leg racks I got from Lowes, they was on clearence last year, but seen em there again this year. Nice cause they fold up fer storage. They also make one just fer wings.
