Midday Snack

Lately I cold smoked some mild cheddar cheese with applewood. The salmon I slow hot smoked with applewood. So after a very long week, I decided to have a little snack. the spicy horserelish topped the chilled salmon off just right! The tough choice was which adult beverage to have. Let's see......a glass of white zin or...........a hot and spicy bloody mary......you already know! Hope you enjoy the pics.

Now that's what I call a great midday snack. The only thing to after that is a midday nap. Nice job my friend.
