Cooked two slabs of spares today on the Traeger. Family requested fall off the bone ribs so I complied. Have to admit they were very good. My favorite part though were the Onion Rings that I marinated in buttermilk for about 4 hours. Served with a side of dipping sauce (ketchup, creamy horseradish, and mayo). Also made some cornbread that could pass as dessert (box of vanilla pudding added to ingredients before cooking) and also some potato salad and a lemonade heavily infused with Jack!

Here are the pics:

Happy Memorial Day everyone. And god bless our Military and fallen heroes!

Great, great looking meal. My wife is very clear -"I don't care what the so called experts say, I want my ribs to fall off the bone." :)

That was an excellent looking meal! Please explain the pudding in the corn bread, I like the way that sounds!

Nick it's very simple, just take your favorite cornbread recipe, add an extra egg and a pack of vanilla pudding (4 serving) and that's it.
