Memorial Day Eats

Todays eats were the typical traditional holiday BBQ fare starting with the Homemade Cajun Style BBQ Baked beans going on the grill with some apple wood to add some smoke flavor.



Chicken, Boudin, abts stuffed with a cream cheese, cheddar and goat cheese mixture and corn on the cob which I'm not sure where that picture went.

I'l have to post the recipe for the beans later after I put it down in writing. I really just haven't had time to even write it down.
