Meatloaf ala Griff for dinner

So, what temp would a fella bring the meatloaf up to before extracting it from the smoker ?

ooops! That was my sons plate. I took a pic of the loaf and cut his and put it on the plate and he told me to take a pic of HIS plate. I didn't realize the foil was there til rught now. Cripes I hope he didn't eat that too. :eek:

Using Griffs recipie I cooked it between 300 and 350. Hard to hold the barrel any more exatct that that at high temps. and pulled it at 170 and it sat in foil for about an hour until we ate.

John, don't listen to Greg even though he's the administrator ... I wouldn't pull meatloafs at 160º ... I've tried it (as per TVWB) and all mine have been still 'bleeding' at that temp ... around 175º - 180º imo if you wish to eat it immediately ... mine have been around 5lb mark pre-cook weight, wide, flat and round if that makes any difference but I doubt it would
