Here be one a several what got smoked (an ran over I might add!) this weekend. Our own special blend. Been popular.

After a two week cure, rinsed an ready ta smoke.

Cooled an sliced. Waitin ta be vac bagged.

The whole lot was sold out, got bout 1/3rd pound fer myself! Guess I need ta make bigger batch's!

I ain't had the heart ta go out an dig inta it yet. Maybe this weekend. See if I can salvage the door first, it's perty sprung. Will just have ta try. If not, I'll start lookin fer a new box.

The stack an wheel be a perty easy fix, but the door took the brunt a the blow.
 
Damn I just showed my wife that....It looks killer...breakfast will be cooked here soon! I'm starvin now.
