Oh yea much more then just pappys. It was just outside with me so I took a pic of it. I marinade it in lime juice, garlic, jalepeno, cumin, cilantro, sea salt, and pepper. I put pappys on it as a rub along with with salt, pepper, and I love a little cayane pepper mixed in with bbq sauce and water to baste it a little as it cooks. Not too much where it overpowers the meat flavor, just enough to get a spicy kick to it and still have the lime and cilantro flavor that it got from the marinade I made.
