This is the way I like to fix lunch. Only thing better would be right out of the cooler.

Oh yeah...pulled out some food savered Gumbo last night...might have to put some PP loaded baked taters on the menu....

I traded out 2 smoked butts (which I didn't pay for) for a box of foodsaver rolls. Cost me a bottle of Wolfe rub and some royal oak briquettes.........I think I came out good...
