Lunch for me and the wifey

Have to go into work this afternoon and won't get a day off for the next 7 days....and the coals were still warm from the chicken last night and the ribs were on sale.........and.... well you get it...I don't need to make any more excuses...

The wifey does not like any rub on her side! [-X Only sauce =P~

She, who must be obeyed, cares NOT for my rub!
Sauce ONLY is her command! My half has a dusting of the same rub I used for the chicken last night.
Almost lunch time =D>

I didn't notice any difference in the ring throughout the rack, Bob. Half of the same rack with/without. Quick question. Why use the broiler?
