Long day and it felt good

Long day for me and I finaly feel like taking advantage of it.

greens from the garden

Smoked turkey legs

Mrs RB's request meal

MIL's salmon

And then, BAM! The FIL shows up with a prime rib begging me to cook it. Soooooo.....

I managed to screw it up and over cook it by 5 degrees or so while watching the salmon to make sure it was right. Oh Well.

It's road trips all next week so no cooking until next weekend.

Have a good week!!

Well them warm pink centers is just whut the doctor ordered in my book. Fine job. Now did you smoke them legs up from raw? If so..you bound to have a convection oven built into your smoker. That is the most uniform color distribution I ever seen. Keep on cooking like that you liable to get invited to come to Texas for a short visit sometime.
