Long day for me and I finaly feel like taking advantage of it.

And then, BAM! The FIL shows up with a prime rib begging me to cook it. Soooooo.....

I managed to screw it up and over cook it by 5 degrees or so while watching the salmon to make sure it was right. Oh Well.

It's road trips all next week so no cooking until next weekend.

All looks delicious. That turkey leg looks nice and juicy too. Prime Rib looks good. I need to cook one soon.
 
Well them warm pink centers is just whut the doctor ordered in my book. Fine job. Now did you smoke them legs up from raw? If so..you bound to have a convection oven built into your smoker. That is the most uniform color distribution I ever seen. Keep on cooking like that you liable to get invited to come to Texas for a short visit sometime. :LOL:

BW. I brined/cured the turkey legs and then put them in my brand new Bradley at a low temp at first, then a slow ramp up in temp to finish.

The Prime rib was done on the Primo set to 275 until it got to 115, then ramped up to 400 to sear the outside.
