Loaf Pan/Pulled Chicken Sandwiches

Tried Chris Lily's Loaf Pan Chicken with apple sauce. Cutting down on salt I added about a tablespoon of ACV to the apple sauce instead of Worcestershire sauce. For a rub I used Mrs. Dash no salt Chicken Seasoning and cooked them on the WSM.

Pulled the chicken and made pulled chicken sandwiches with it with broccoli cole slaw. BBQ and Tabasco sauce added too. Chicken turned out really moist and tender! Served with more slaw and some Ranch Style Beans.

I actually like watching Chris Lily, he is a great cook. I tell you Myron Mixon beats up on him any chance he can get. Personally I think Myron Mixon is a loud mouth, but hey that's me. Good cook there V.
