Time for the "Hot German Potato" Salad....Got it from one of Gregs old sponsers....


Moved the quarters to the Kamado for slow cooking.....


Ribs and Back still on the smoker....They're almost done.....Yum Yum..

That's funny... a guy the lives north of me posted the same thing on another forum lastnight.. It really does smell good.. I love to smell fat dripping turning into smoke... Yum!
