That's what I did. I then took BBQ ulumni advice and reheated it with apple juice and WRB.. I was putting WRB on peples hands and letting them eat it...That stuff really does ROCK, Larry... People aren't used to pulled pork down here and they kept asking for more on thier plate.. The last 2 peices of pork I bbq'd came out great and I didn't even keep a close eye on the temp while cooking.. What a forgiving chunk of meat.. Well back to bed, I can hardly walk right now....john pen said:so, once the pig is done, does all the meat get mixed together ?
