Got a new toy over the weekend, another phone with a camera :roll:
Now when Trish has the camera,I can still take Pron.
So, to pop it's cherry,I thought I'd do some Tamales...
The chicken before cooking and the brisken we used some of...

the Masa and the first of 12 dozen being made up...

Here the first batch is done;

and they are good(add salt-I don't put it in for the family members that can't have sodium...),hope you salivate looking at them. If you are close to Gibsonburg,come on by and have some.There's only 12 dozen

3- 1/2 dozen in first run and they turnee out great!

I have 3 more batches to get 12 doz. Freeze some and keep a doz. out. 6 are hot and 6 are mild.Chicken,smoked Brisket,and PP Tamales.MMMMmmmm good
Had fun making them,hope you enjoyed looking at them.

Well aintchou just the talented young man to know how to make edible tamales. I'm impressed. I tried to make some a time or two..whew way too much manuel labor for me. Guess I just keep buying the tamales el gato from the young muchacho who runs a circuit route amongst the rough old joints over on NE 28th. Good job.
