Leftover Smoked Corned Beef Brisket W/PICS

I think after this I will most likely never eat corned beef hash in a breakfast joint ever again.... We went with dinner style cb has tonight with fresh steamed green beans buttered biskutz and a nice peppercorn garlic gravy and cant forget the shredded sharp cheddar and mozz cheese....Tom. morning however will be eggs n corned beef hash with some toast ....

yeah .... some say it turns into pastrami when u smoke it but sure tastes like corned beef hash !! I would like to be humble but I cant...its worth licking the screen....

Yeah I added a ton of peppercorn rub and jammed minced garlic into the scores...I just didnt have anything to slice it thin like pastrami....the corned beef was in a package that had the cure n seasoning in it...
