The wife had a couple yardbirds in the fridge and asked me to cook them up today. I also went to the store and got some things to make a few ABT's. I am using a Peach/Orange/Mango juice in the cans and just the regular homemade rub on the birds.

One of Capt Morgans greatest inventions.
Jalapenos filled with garlic & herb cream cheese wrapped in bacon. Nice lil snack :P
You can fill them with most anything and they are good.

All set. one out the door for some friends dinner. the other for us to eat before we go out the door and down the road....daughter to work oldest to boy scouts....whatever else needs to be done.
Cripes I think I work harder on my days off. 8)

Looks good GH.

knine,
I didn't know what ABT were until last year. They are jalapeno peppers deseeded stuff with just about anything (I like cream cheese and some type of sausage (Italian)) then you wrap in thin cheap bacon and smoke until the bacon is done. I can't just eat on... :D !
