Last minute cook

My lovely wife informs me at about 9am that her nieces and nephews are coming over tonight for dinner! They are visiting from St Louis.
Now I generally like this group of people so when she suggested just hots dogs and burgers I ran out to check the WSM and found it still had some life. So off to the store. 2 Chuck roasts about 3 1/2 lbs and 4 sausage rolls later. Here we are! Going to make a mess of potato salad too. Check in with yall later!

Spend all day cooking and it is all gone in a half hour. All gone as in "No sammie tomorrow" gone! They left happy!
From the top Mac and cheese, Bush's Steakhouse Beans, one of the Chuckies. They ate it as fast as I could slice it! What is left of 4 Fatties, ate them faster than I could slice them! and some Brats for the kiddies. And my Mom's Potato salad.
