Found a nice lil Lamb at the store. I am only cooking for my oldest and youngest kids. Mom's still gone and my oldest boy is camping with Scouts. This looked good in the store and I haven't had it in awhile. Rub is only EVOO Garlic Salt & Pepper. Cooking at about 300*.

Delicious. Mighty tender meat. The outside looks like bark but is not crispy. The OO Garlic Salt and pepper add a surprising amount of flavor to it.

I wish! Miss the wifey though, she called and said she is having a great time and wants to stay another week. The kiddies won't let her.
