No pulled pics yet .. also did 3 racks of BB's .. waiting for my buddy with the D40 that took all the pics to send me the rib pr0n.

That was, by far, the best brisket I've ever cooked. It was tender, and full of juices and had incredible flavor. The rub was 2 parts black pepper, 1 part garlic powder, 1 part salt. I call it the K.I.S.S. Brisket Rub. The butt rub, I just threw together a bunch of typical spices for a butt rub (Brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, chipotle powder) .. used a simple brown sugar/cinnamon/chipotle rub on the ribs.

Unfortunately, I only got to sample as I was cutting/pulling, as all the food was for orders that I had to deliver. Also made beans and slaw to go with the butts and brisket for one (20 person) gathering.. the ribs were for another order. Didn't get to try those :[/img]
