Just scored

My nephew just dropped off a crate of cherry wood for me! Now I have my choice of cherry, apple, peach or hickory! ................Now...what should I cook next?

Nick, no way that wood gets burned through before it starts to rot. Glad to help though, ship it to me and I'll store it for you. What doesn't rot will get sent back to you on an as-needed basis. =P~

Wel, Nick, if I get your way--I've got alder, pear, and apple with me--and a bunch of tangerine for J Minion, but if I hit L.I. before Seattle I'm sure I could pitch some of that to you.
