Just another chuckie

I found two little ones in the freezer the other day and took them out to thaw. Yeah Witt, mine were defrosted ! Once they were done, one got chopped up and was made into Sloppy Joe's, the other is gonna get sliced and shrunk wrapped tomorrow.

One rubbed with Big Rons Hint of Huston, the other with Wittdogs rub, topped with mine.
Big Ron on left, me and Witt on the right.

Here it is.

A little chopping.

Mixed Sloppy Joe style.

My wifes plate.

My plate.

That stuff makes some of the best damn Sloppy Joe's I ever ate!

No that's one of those California rolls, they're for the alternate lifestyle folks who don't like to munch on raw fish every now and then! Greg loves them!

Seriously, nice looking chucks Nick! Great idea with the sloppy joes, I did some with leftover brisket one time and I know the chuck would be better!!! Nice!

McCormacks Sloppy Joe seasoning. We're trying to clean out the freezer and the cabinets.
